RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br />FOR CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL 0, FILING NO. 7, AND <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br /> LOT 2, SAM'S CLUB <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by CLC Associates, <br />Inc. a Final Subdivision Replat for Centennial Valley Parcel O, Filing No. 7, and a Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Lot 2, Sam's Club; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and forwarded a recommendation of disapproval to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan as revised should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a traffic report to the City at or prior to the recording of the <br />subdivision replat. <br /> <br />Prior to the recording of the final plat, the applicant shall grant to the City perpetual <br />easement(s) for public way necessary to establish an unobstructed 60-foot public way/yard <br />area adjacent to the north and south building elevations, in a form acceptable to the City <br />Attorney <br /> <br />The building elevations shall be revised to eliminate accessory signage to the Membership <br />Warehouse sign. <br /> <br />The building enclosure for the condensor unit shall be constructed to a height not less than <br />15 inches above the height of the condensor unit. The PUD shall be revised to reflect by <br />note the requirement that the enclosure shall be a minimum of 15 inches above the height <br />of the condensor unit. <br /> <br /> <br />
