<br /> RESOLUTION NO.5. <br /> Series 1983 <br />A RESOLUTION approvinq- the Final Planned Unit Development <br />of the Fischer Commercial Buildinq-. <br />WHE REAS , there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a Planned Unit Development Plan by J.G. Investments, <br />701 West Spruce, Louisville, Colorado; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to Planned Unit Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by the City Staff and Planninq- Commission <br />and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, <br />and related policies; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advised public hearing concerning <br />said Final Planned Unit Development Plan, the Planning Commission <br />determined that said Plan is acceptable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET I'T BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO does hereby approve the Final <br />Planned Unit Development Plan of the Fischer Commercial Building. <br /> ~ <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1983. <br /> ~J/~ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C?:Lu1 77?, 7%~-~~A--/ <br />City Clerk - <br />
