<br /> .,...-.- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 26 <br /> Series 1983 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Final Re-plat and Final Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment of Pine Street Plaza. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a <br />Re-plat and a Planned Unit Development Amendment by Chuck Bellock Construction <br />Company, 730 Grape Avenue, Boulder, Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Re-plat and Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment have been revi~Ned by the City Staff and Planning Commission <br />and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision <br />Regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advised public hearing concerning said <br />Re-plat and Final Planned Unit Development Amendment, the Planning Commission <br />determined that said Re-plat and Plan were acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final Re-plat and Final <br />Planned Unit Development Amendment of Pine Street Plaza. <br /> Passed and adopted this 19th day of July, 1983. <br /> ~L;t <br /> , . /;'// <br /> .....--:,. . /~ .... / "" <br /> _~2cz i/i~/ ~~ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />~ /7/. /J(:-a~gc-L <br />City Clerk <br />
