<br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1983 BUDGET BY
<br /> INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN
<br /> THE GENERAL FUND, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, PARK
<br /> & RECREATION ASSESSMENT, STREET IMPROVEMENT,
<br /> MAJOR THOROUGHFARE, REVENUE SHARING, WATER
<br /> UTILITY AND SEWER UTILITY FUNDS.
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that a need exists for
<br />an increase in appropriations for the General, Capital Improvements,
<br />Revenue Sharing, Water and Sev,rer Funds.
<br /> Section 1. That the 1983 General Fund Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $2,117,543 to $2,278,773 and the 1983 General
<br />Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $2,117,543 to $2,278,773
<br />attached hereto as Appendix A.
<br /> Section 2. That the 1983 Capital Improvement Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $104,993 to $126,880 and the 1983 Capital
<br />Improvement Appropriations are hereby increased from $73,645 to
<br />$111,000 attached hereto as Appendix B.
<br /> Section 3. That the 1983 Park and Recreation Assessment
<br />Revenues are hereby increased from $367,570 to $533,970 attached
<br />hereto as Appendix C.
<br /> Section 4. That the 1983 Street Improvement Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $172,644 to $270,644 and the 1983 Street
<br />Improvement Appropriations are hereby increased from $172,644 to
<br />$270,644 attached hereto as Appendix D.
<br /> Section 5. That the 1983 Tree Improvement Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $140,470 to $201,670 attached hereto as Appendix
<br />E.
<br /> Section 6. That the 1983 Major Thoroughfare Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $768,286 to $1,035,286 attached hereto as
<br />Appendix F.
<br /> Section 7. That the 1983 Revenue Sharing Appropriations
<br />are hereby increased from $73,954 to $76,954 attached hereto as
<br />Appendix G.
<br /> Section 8. That the 1983 Water Utility Revenues are hereby
<br />increased from $1,699,716 to $3,055,420 and the 1983 Water Utility
<br />Appropriations are hereby increased from $1,907,194 to $2,973,731
<br />attached hereto as Appendix H.
<br /> Section 9. That the 1983 Sewer Utility Revenues are hereby
<br />increased from $1,496,755 to ~;2,133,153 and the 1983 Sewer Utility
<br />Appropriations are hereby decreased from $1,885,133 to $1,868,852
<br />attached hereto as Appendix I.
