<br /> RESOLUTION NO.42 <br /> Series 1983 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Final Plat and Final Planned Unit <br />Development of the Hilltop Subdivision. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council <br />a Plat and a Planned Unit Development by McStain Enterprises, Inc., 4730 Table Mesa <br />Drive, Boulder, Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plat and Planned Unit Development <br />have been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and <br />related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advised public hearing concerning said <br />Plat and Final Planned Unit Development, the Planning Commission determined that <br />said Plat and Plan were acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final Plat and Final <br />Planned Unit Development of the Hilltop Subdivision. <br /> Passed and adopted this 18th day of October, 1983. <br /> ~ /I(/f/~ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C& J!) ~}, )7(A-//'/ uh-1 <br />City Clerk <br />
