Call to Order <br />Meeting Called to order by Julian Denat, Co-chair, 6:31 PM <br />2. Roll Call <br />Ash, Jody, Chair, Absent <br />Buck, Signe, Absent <br />Denat, Julien, Present <br />Kelsey, Kathy, Present <br />Kutscher, Gene, Present <br />Webb, John, Secretary, Present <br />McNeal, Abby, Parks Superintendent, Present <br />Guests: <br />None present <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Moved and approved <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Moved and approved <br />5. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />John commented that the newly planted perrenials at the Arboretum demonstration <br />garden were being visited by many different types of bees, including honey and <br />native bees. He took some photographs to be passed on to the Parks department. <br />6. Board Report <br />The Louisville Bee City Committee did not participate in the Labor Day Parade this year <br />due to schedule conflicts. <br />Louisville Bee City Committee met earlier this evening to discuss future plans. <br />
