In 1961, Victor remarried to Josephine Distolla. Josephine had six daughters from a previous marriage. <br />Victor passed away in March of 1978 and Josephine died later the same year in December. <br />In 1982, three Petrelli sons- Eugene, Alredo, and Joseph sold 1016 Main to Barbara Bobinski and Randall <br />Urnovitz. In 1986, during Bobinski and Urnovitz ownership, Louisville's Historic Preservation Commission <br />identified 1016 Main as one of twelve Louisville properties that were added to the National Register of <br />Historic Places. 1016 Main was recognized as an example of a Sears Roebuck house in the Queen Anne <br />style. <br />Recent Ownership <br />1989-2005 —Jay A.
