<br />Mary and Philip lived at 945 Caledonia until Philip's death in 1942. Mary continued to live there through WWII
<br />and eventually moved to Denver to live with her daughters. Before her death in 1956, Mary transferred the
<br />property to her daughters Anne and Elaine Latronico. From 1953-1961, Dave and Dorothy LaSalle Ferguson lived
<br />at the house. Some renovations were made to the house around 1956-57 while the Fergusons were living there.
<br />In 1963 Anne Latronico sold the property to Amelia LaSalle who was Dorothy LaSalle's aunt by marriage. Dorothy
