Courtesy Sterling Bay. <br />By BizWest Staff <br />LOUISVILLE — Commuting Solutions, an organization that <br />helps improve and expand transportation options in the <br />northwest Denver metropolitan area, has been selected by the <br />Redtail Ridge Metropolitan District to serve as the mega - <br />development's transportation demand management <br />coordinator. <br />Redtail master developer Sterling Bay LLC broke ground in <br />May on Redtail, a 2.5-million-square-foot biotechnology- and <br />health -care -centric business park on the empty, roughly 400- <br />acre Louisville property adjacent to U.S. Highway 36, which <br />was previously home to a massive Storage Technology Corp. <br />campus. <br />"The Redtail Ridge project presents an extraordinary <br />opportunity to enhance multimodal connectivity locally and <br />within the region," Commuting Solutions executive director <br />Audrey DeBarros said in a prepared statement.
