City, <br />f <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council Economic Vitality Committee <br />Minutes <br />September 25, 2025 <br />Regular Meeting <br />3:00 PM <br />CaII to Order — Mayor Leh called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />Committee Members: Mayor Chris Leh - Chair <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Judi Kern <br />Staff Present: Diana Langley, City Manager <br />Samma Fox, Deputy City Manager <br />Rob Zuccaro, Community Development Director <br />Vanessa Zarate, Economic Vitality Manager <br />Austin Brown, Economic Vitality Specialist <br />Others Present: Seven members of the public <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Leh called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a motion. <br />Motion: Councilmember Kern moved to approve the agenda. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mayor Leh called for changes to the August 14, 2025 meeting minutes and hearing <br />none asked for a motion. Motion: Councilmember Kern moved to approve the minutes. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />2024 INTERNATIONAL CODE SERIES ADOPTION — EVC REVIEW <br />Director Zuccaro gave an overview of the City's draft building codes that be presented <br />to Council for adoption in October. The proposed 2024 International Code Series (I - <br />Codes), with amendments, would replace the 2018 International Code Series and 2021 <br />International Energy Code, with amendments. Director Zuccaro asked for Committee <br />feedback regarding the proposed codes.
