convicted of a violation of this section shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.04.180. - Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville to apply. <br />Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other <br />improvement within Downtown Louisville and requiring a building permit, <br />sign permit, or any other permit from the city shall comply with all <br />requirements of the Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville, as adopted <br />and amended from time to time. <br />Sec. 15.04.190. - Industrial and Commercial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines to apply. <br />Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other <br />improvement to an industrial property or project within the city and requiring <br />a building permit, sign permit, or any other permit from the city shall comply <br />with the requirements of City of Louisville Industrial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines (IDDSG) and the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG) as adopted and amended from <br />time to time. <br />Section 2.
