The provision of this code adoption shall <br />not be deemed to nullify any provisions of local, state or federal laws. All <br />buildings and structures under scope of this code adoption shall also comply <br />with the, the Colorado Model Electric Ready and Solar -Ready Code, the <br />Colorado Plumbing Code, the Colorado Fuel Gas Fuel Gas Code and the <br />Colorado Electric Code, as adopted by the City of Louisville Colorado. <br />Where, in any specific case, the codes specify different requirements, the <br />most restrictive shall apply. <br />Sec. 15.05.020.- Appendices adopted. <br />The following appendices of the International Residential Code are <br />hereby specifically adopted; any appendices not listed are not adopted: BB <br />Tiny Houses, BC -Accessory Dwelling Units, BE -Radon Control Methods, <br />BG-Sound Transmission, BI-Light Straw -Clay Construction, BJ-Strawbale <br />Construction, BK- Cob Construction (Monolithic Adobe), BL-Hemp-Lime <br />Construction (Hemperete), BM-3D-Printed Building Construction, BN- <br />Extended Plate wall Construction, CC -Recommendation Procedure for <br />Safety Inspections of an Existing Appliance Installation. <br />Sec. 15.05.030. - Amendments to the International Residential Code. <br />The following amendments set forth in sections 15.05.040 through <br />15.05.280 are made to the International Residential Code. <br />Sec. 15.05.040. - Section R101.1 amended —Title. <br />Section R101.1 of the International Residential Code is amended to <br />insert "the City of Louisville" so the section will read: <br />R101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential <br />Code for One- and Two -Family Dwellings of the City of Louisville and shall <br />be cited as such and will be referred to herein as this code. <br />Sec. 15.05.050.- Section R105.2 amended —Work exempt from permit. <br />The following paragraphs are added to the Building portion of Section <br />R105.2 of the International Residential Code: <br />11. PERMIT NOT REQUIRED.
