ORDINANCE NO. 1908 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 1, BLOCK 3, JEFFERSON PLACE SUBDIVISION <br />FROM RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (R-M) TO COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C-C) <br />ZONE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the owner of certain real property, the street address of which is 811 <br />Walnut Street and the legal description of which is Lot 1, Block 3, Jefferson Place <br />subdivision (the "Property"), has filed an application to rezone the Property from <br />Residential Medium Density (R-M) to Community Commercial (C-C) zone district; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />application and has recommended the City Council approve the rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Commission's <br />recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the application and has <br />provided notice of the public hearing as provided by law; and <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-23-305; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds the rezoning is consistent with the City of <br />Louisville 2013 Citywide Comprehensive Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That certain property, the legal description of which is Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Jefferson Place subdivision (the "Property"), is hereby rezoned Community Commercial <br />(C-C) zone district pursuant to the zoning ordinances and development regulations of the <br />City, and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br />Section 2.
