SUBJECT: <br />DATE: <br />RESOLUTION NO. _, SERIES 2025 <br />OCTOBER 21, 2025 <br />PAGE3OF3 <br />Upon approval of this adjustment, all funds with reserve requirements are to remain in full <br />compliance with City Financial Reserve Policies. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />Council may choose to approve this amendment as recommended, and as unanimously <br />supported by the City Council Finance Committee. Council may propose to modify or not <br />approve the amendment. It should be noted that many of the items presented have <br />already been approved by Council, and this represents the formal amendment to the <br />budget subsequent to those individual approvals. Changing course at this point would <br />likely incur greater costs to the City and will have service level impacts across many <br />programs and services. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Council is being asked to approve the proposed budget amendments to the Budget Year <br />2025 necessary to complete budgeted and existing Capital projects and Department <br />Operational functions and goals. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
