RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR LOT 11, BLOCK 2, <br />COLORADO TECH CENTER, FIRST FILING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 11, Block 2, CTC, First Filing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WI~-~F_~S, the applicant has revised their application to comply with all but four of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council fmds that said Final PUD Development Plan <br />should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That two clerestory windows are added on the east half of the north building elevation; <br /> <br />That the tree and shn~ spacing is further evaluated and adjusted as determined necessary <br />by Staff prior to building permit issuance; <br /> <br />That the type of all wall-mounted lighting is shown on the PUD plans with all fixtures to <br />be metal halide and complete cut off in design and limited to lO0-watts at entry doors and <br />175-watts at overhead loading doors; <br /> <br />4. That bike parking is identified at the the southeast corner of the building; <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />That the portion of PUD Note #5 that allows rooftop mechanical units to be painted rather <br />than screened is eliminated from the PUD; and <br /> <br />That the PUD landscape plan is modified to include plant materials in the RR easement, <br />consistent with the general landscape intent for the rest of the property, with it noted that <br />those plant materials would be installed if, in the future, that easement is vacated to the <br />property owner. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 11, Block 2, <br />CTC, First Filing. <br /> <br /> <br />
