RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE 2025 PHASE TWO TRAIL <br />WAYFINDING SIGNAGE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement has been proposed between the City and E3 <br />Enterprises Inc. d/b/a E3 Signs for the 2025 Phase Two Trail Wayfinding Signage Project <br />(the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, by this resolution the City Council desires to approve the Agreement <br />and to authorize additional contingency for the Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement by and between <br />the City of Louisville and E3 Enterprises Inc. d/b/a E3 Signs for the Project (the <br />"Agreement") in substantially the same form as the copy of such Agreement <br />accompanying this Resolution. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves an additional $12,500.00 in <br />contingency for the Project for a total not -to -exceed amount of $135,050.07. The Parks, <br />Recreation & Open Space Director is authorized to execute change orders to the <br />Agreement in a total amount not to exceed $12,500.00 if deemed necessary for the <br />Project. <br />Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City, and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate <br />and approve such revisions to the Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or <br />desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />Genn Kline Interim CityClerk <br />Y <br />Christophr.
