RESOLUTION NO. 91 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2026 AND <br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the annual budget for the 2026 <br />budget year and it is necessary to appropriate the revenues and reserves provided <br />in the budget to and for the purposes described below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />SECTION 1. That out of the estimated revenue to be derived from all <br />sources, as set forth in the 2026 budget, to be received into the funds listed below, <br />which together with estimated reserves at January 1, 2026, make a total of <br />estimated revenue and reserves, there is hereby appropriated to each such fund <br />for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, the amount listed in the following <br />table: <br />Resolution No. 91, Series 2025 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
