City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 11, 2025 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Mayor Leh Introduced the item. <br />Manager Zarate noted there was no staff presentation, and this was more of a <br />discussion between the LRC and Council. <br />Public Comment — None <br />Comments were provided by the Council, and discussion was held. <br />City Attorney Kelly noted that the current agreement functions more of an oversight <br />document than a cooperation agreement. The purpose of the meeting was to establish <br />direction for the two collective groups.
