Approval of Bills <br />B. Resolution No. 21, Series 2025 — A Resolution Authorizing Applications <br />for Temporary Modification of Liquor License Premises to be <br />Administratively Approved <br />C. Resolution No. 22, Series 2025 — A Resolution Approving a First <br />Amendment to and Assignment of Business Assistance Agreement with <br />Parcel O Productions, LLC and Relish, LLC <br />Mayor Pro Tern Dickinson moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Kern. <br />Aye: Leh, Dickinson, Fahey, Cooperman, Hamlington, Kern <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Hoefner <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS (00:05:35) <br />Councilmember Kern mentioned the Buddy Bench Program and to drop off recyclables. <br />Mayor Leh will be traveling to D.C. with the Mayors and County Commissioners group to <br />discuss transportation programs such as highway and railway. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT (00:08:37) <br />City Manager Langley thanked Council for being so welcoming; and reported on the <br />Library closure; Spring Fling; Mobile Zoo at the Art Center; Recovery & Resilience hosts <br />Friends at Coal Creek; and Coffee with Senior Staff for updates on senior programs. <br />
