City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 15, 2025 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />City Attorney Kelly reported that the City Manager is requesting an executive session for <br />the purpose of real property acquisitions concerning properties in Louisville only as to <br />appraisals and other value estimates and strategy, citing the City Charter requirements. <br />Interim City Clerk Kline read Section 2-90.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />City Attorney Kelly stated the authority for the executive session, Section 5-2(c) of the <br />Home Rule Charter and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a); the request involves potential acquisition <br />of real property. <br />Mayor Leh moved to enter executive session for the purpose of discussion real property <br />acquisitions and dispositions that executive session include City Manager Diana Langley; <br />Deputy City Manager Samma Fox; Community Development Director Rob Zuccaro; <br />Parks & Open Space Director Adam Blackmore; Finance Director Ryder Bailey; Open <br />Space Superintendent Ember Brignull; and City Attorney Kathleen Kelly.
