RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIFS 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR CHENG'S GARDEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for an <br />Amendment to a Final PUD Development Plan for Cheng's Garden, Lot 1, Cheng's Place <br />Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHE~, all materials related to the Amendment to the Final PUD have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amended Final <br />PUD, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Amended Final PUD Development Plan <br />should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That a note is added to the PUD specifying that the wall sign on west building elevation <br />(Dahlia St.) shall be limited to a total area of 25 square feet, with closed faced pan <br />channel letters mounted directly to the exterior wall surface with a letter height not to <br />exceed 18 inches, no exposed neon and dark bronze returns, subject to Staff review and <br />approval of maximum letter height; and <br /> <br />That the PUD shall be revised to reflect that the new roof will have the same color and <br />type of asphalt shingle as the existing roof. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendment to a Final PUD Development Plan for <br /> Restaurant, LOt 1, Cheng's Place Subdivision. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 31st day of March 1998. <br /> <br />By:" '~ 3r~f~-~ ~ ~ <br /> Tom Davids~n, Mayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Dave Clabots, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
