Cityoj <br />Louisville <br />City Manager's Office <br />• DRCOG Building Policy Collaborative grant funding has been awarded internally. Staff are <br />refining the contract and deliverables, with anticipated contract execution either late this year <br />or early next year. This funding will support hiring a Building Energy Policy and Community <br />Engagement Specialist. <br />• The Boulder County Annual Sustainability Grant has also been submitted for the 2026 award <br />cycle. <br />Project Updates <br />• Internal Decarbonization Plan: Staff are reviewing bids for the electrification and energy - <br />efficiency scope. A contract award will be brought to City Council on the consent agenda in early <br />2026. Staff are also reviewing EV charger bids and will bring that contract forward on the <br />consent agenda as well. <br />• The Sustainability Work Plan Project will launch in early 2026. <br />• Staff are nearing completion of the 2024 Community -Wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory and will <br />share results with LSAB in the new year. <br />• Commercial Sustainability Rebate is set to launch in January 2026.
