Approval of John Deere Excavator Purchase <br />Councilmember Cooperman made a motion to move the Approval of Wildfire Mitigation <br />Campaign Development Contract with Fors Marsh to regular business and approve the rest <br />of the consent agenda; seconded by Mayor Leh. All in favor. <br />A. LIFE IN LOUISVILLE AWARD PRESENTATION <br />Iris Belensky, Arts & Special Events Program Manager, presented the awards. <br />B. MARCH FOR MEALS PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Fahey read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />C. ORDINANCE NO. 1891, SERIES 2025 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE FIRE HARDENING CODE FOR STRUCTURES - 2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING (advertised City of Louisville Website 02/07/25) <br />Approved as amended with a vote of 6-1. <br />D. RESOLUTION NO. 13, SERIES 2025 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR <br />TEMPORARY USE PERMIT AS A PRECURSOR TO A PERMANENT USE TO ALLOW A <br />TASTING ROOM FOR IRONTON DISTILLERY LOCATED AT 1303 EMPIRE ROAD <br />
