City Council Meeting Action Summary <br />April 15, 2025 Regular Meeting <br />Councilmembers in Attendance: Mayor Chris Leh, Mayor Pro Tern Caleb Dickinson, Josh <br />Cooperman, Deborah Fahey, Barbara Hamlington, Dietrich Hoefner, Judi Kern <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />AGENDA APPROVAL <br />Mayor Leh made a motion to move the Arbor Day Proclamation from the Consent Agenda to <br />the first item on Regular Business and to move the Conversion of the Inline Skating Rink to <br />Pickleball Courts to the fourth item under Regular Business; seconded by Mayor Pro Tern <br />Dickinson. All in favor. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Arbor Day Proclamation - moved to Regular Business <br />2. 2025 International Snowplow Purchase <br />3. Resolution No. 25, Series 2025 - A Resolution Approving a Subaward Agreement with <br />the Colorado Department of Transportation Concerning a Grant for the City's Traffic <br />Signal Technology Upgrade Project <br />Remaining items approved unanimously. <br />A. ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Fahey read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />B. UPDATE FROM THE LOUISVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />Gillian Millar, Executive Director of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, gave an update to <br />Council on the status of the Chamber, 2024 events, and the upcoming events for 2025. <br />C. LANDMARK DESIGNATION & GRANT REQUEST - 600 PINE STREET <br />i. RESOLUTION NO. 26, SERIES 2025 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />LANDMARK DESIGNATION FOR A HISTORICAL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 600 PINE STREET <br />ii RESOLUTION NO. 27, SERIES 2025 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT FOR THE MALCOLM HOUSE <br />LOCATED AT 600 PINE STREET <br />Approved unanimously. <br />D. ORDINANCE NO. 1892, SERIES 2025 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 AND <br />TITLE 3 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF <br />ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE - 2nd READING <br />(advertised City of Louisville Website 03/21/2025) <br />The public hearing was continued to the May 20, 2025 City Council Meeting. <br />
