OLDER AMERICANS MONTH PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Fahey read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />B. ASIAN AMERICAN, NATIVE HAWAIIAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDERS HTERIGATE <br />MONTH PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Kern read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />C. JEWISH AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Cooperman read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />D. HISTORIC PRESERVATION MONTH PROCLAMATION <br />Councilmember Hamlington read the proclamation which was approved unanimously. <br />E. ORDINANCE NO. 1895, SERIES 2025 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 5.12 CONCERNING CONTRACTOR LICENSES - 1ST <br />READING AND SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 20, 2025 <br />The motion to approve the ordinance on first reading and set the public hearing for May 20, <br />2025 was approved unanimously. <br />H. DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br />Council gave the City Manager Direction to initiate discussion with Boulder County and the <br />City of Boulder to join Boulder Office of Disaster Management and develop a Request for <br />Proposal to hire a consultant to prepare an Emergency Operations Plan. <br />
