RESOLUTION NO. 41, SERIES 2025 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE 2025 MEDIAN LANDSCAPE RENOVATIONS PROJECT <br />Approved 6-1 (with Councilmember Kern voting no) <br />E.
