RESOLUTION NO. 94 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND THE CITY AND COUNTY OF <br />BROOMFIELD FOR LEASES OF FULLY CONSUMABLE WATER TO EACH OTHER <br />WHEREAS, an Intergovernmental Agreement has been proposed between <br />Louisville and the City and County of Broomfield for leases of fully consumable water to <br />each other: and <br />WHEREAS, the City is authorized to enter into this Agreement pursuant to state law, <br />including but not limited to C. R.S. § 29-1-201 et seq., and the City Council by this Resolution <br />desires to approve said Intergovernmental Agreement and authorize its execution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Louisville and <br />the City and County of Broomfield for Leases of Fully Consumable Water to Each Other (the <br />"Agreement"), is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such <br />Agreement accompanying this Resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City, except that the Mayor is hereby further granted authority to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the <br />protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br />not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />(ThA <br />GerinY iCity Clerk <br />Christop e /' .
