Resolution No. 36, Series 2025 — A Resolution Approving a Management <br />Agreement with the City of Boulder Concerning the Davidson Mesa Trail <br />Councilmember Cooperman moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by <br />Councilmember Fahey. <br />Aye: Leh, Fahey, Cooperman, Hoefner, Kern, Hamlington <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dickinson <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS (00:08:00) <br />Councilmember Fahey attended the Rocky Mountain Municipal Airport (RMMA) Open <br />House. <br />Councilmember Kern mentioned the Economic Vitality Committee participated in this <br />month's Business Beat and provided a statement regarding the recent attack that <br />occurred in Boulder. <br />Councilmember Hamlington noted the Street Faire Committee kicked off in June, and this <br />year is the 25th Anniversary. <br />Mayor Leh noted the Economic Vitality Committee discussed concerns regarding tariffs <br />and also addressed the recent violence that occurred in Boulder. <br />
