City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 27, 2025 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Mayor Leh introduced the item. <br />City Manager Langley and Deputy City Manager Fox conducted the presentation. <br />Meeting notes were captured and visually displayed. <br />Council Discussion / Direction <br />City Manager Langley provided the following recap: staff will prepare a draft document in <br />advance. The draft will outline the four strategic priorities and the two guiding lenses for <br />evaluation. The 2025 Work Plan will be reviewed and Items in progress or yet to be started <br />will be transferred, and additional items will be incorporated. Staff will discuss what <br />problems we are trying to solve, what is the measure of success, and what is the measure <br />of progress. A graphic representation will be provided to support this discussion.
