City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 15, 2025 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />SUSTAINABILITY UPDATE (00:05:05) <br />Sustainability Manager Miller and Sustainability Specialist Johnson conducted the <br />presentation. <br />Council posed several questions, which were acknowledged and addressed as part of <br />the discussion. <br />Public Comment <br />• Rachel Setzke, Eco-Cycle — Business recycling and composting <br />• Liliana Setzke, universal recycling / zero waste ordinance <br />• Tiffany Boyd, universal waste reduction project / climate resilience fund <br />There were no other questions by Council members. <br />Councilmember Hoefner moved for the Sustainability Division to explore policy and <br />program decisions discussed during the meeting; seconded by Councilmember Fahey. <br />Aye: Leh, Dickinson, Hoefner, Cooperman, Fahey, Kern, Hamlington <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: None <br />The meeting recessed briefly. <br />2026 COUNCIL WORK PLAN (01:05:05) <br />Mayor Leh introduced the item. <br />City Manager Langley conducted the presentation. <br />Interim City Clerk Kline presented on Challenges and Opportunities, and Expansion <br />Requests in the Clerk's Office. <br />Council posed questions which were acknowledged and addressed. <br />City Manager Langley presented Challenges and Opportunities, Expansion Requests, <br />and Service Level Reductions in the City Manager's Office. <br />Council posed questions which were acknowledged and addressed. <br />Community Development Director Zuccaro presented Challenges and Opportunities, <br />and Expansion Requests. <br />Council posed questions which were acknowledged and addressed. <br />
