She felt there was insufficient discussion on the <br />management of open space, specifically regarding trail setbacks from riparian areas <br />In her view, the Focus Group consultant said no guidelines would be included for <br />setbacks. Her recommendation is to require a 120-foot setback from riparian and <br />wetland parcels, since it will reduce impact on wildlife and plant life.
