Approval of Minutes • Motion: Susan • Second: Mark • Approved unanimously 5. 7:05 pm Discussion Item: Introduction of OSAB Members (30 Minutes) • Current Members: Michiko Christiansen, Andy Dorsey, Susan McEachern, Mark Poletti, and Brad Pugh • Newly Appointed Board Members: Benjamin Mow, Graeme Patterson, and Daniel Rupp • Identify Volunteer Mentors for New Members i. Brad volunteered to be a mentor for Ben ii. OSAB will identify the other mentors at the next meeting 6. 7:35 pm Staff Updates (5 Minutes) • January 13, 2025, New Member Onboarding 6:00 pm City Hall • January 16, 2025 (Tentative) Quasi -Judicial Training • Ember reminded the board of these dates and updated the board on the city manager search 7. 7:40 pm Board Updates (5 Minutes) • Andy and Susan commended Ember on her presentation to City Council and asked that she share it with the rest of the board; Ember will follow up. • Andy asked about the status of the capital budget requests. Ember said she will give an update at the next meeting as well as information about the projects in the operating budget. • Susan and Andy commended Open Space Natural Resources Supervisor Nate Goeckner for his presentation last night about botany and native plans in Louisville Open Space. About 30 people attended. 3
