RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR LOTS 1-4 COLONY SQUARE SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Colony Square <br />LLC, a Final Subdivision Replat and a Final PUD Development Plan for Lots 1-4, Colony Square <br />Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Subdivision Replat and Final PUD have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Replat and Final <br />PUD, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council conditional approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That a land exchange for portions of vacated 80th Street right of way is authorized by <br />City Council through separate agreement and ordinance, and that such exchange is <br />completed prior to recording of the final plat; <br /> <br />That the PUD landscape plan shall be revised to reflect two additional deciduous shade <br />or ornamental trees adjacent to east elevation of Building D; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the gable roof elements at all building entries are modified to provide a covered entry <br />area projecting out a minimum of six feet from the exterior building wall, that those gables <br />have more architectural detailing and that the following specific architectural modifications <br />are made: <br /> <br />Building C-2: Additional architectural modification and/or landscaping be incorporated <br />on the east building elevation. <br /> <br />Building D: Additional window display areas and white column elements be incorporated <br />on the north elevation. <br /> <br />The PUD shall be modified to reflect that all wall sign letters are mounted directly to the <br />building wall; <br /> <br /> <br />
