RESOLUTION NO. 2 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR CENTENNIAL VALLEY FILING NO. 8, AND A <br />PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL L-2. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Koelbel and <br />Company and Prime West a Final Subdivision Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan for <br />Centennial Valley Parcel L-2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval with <br />conditions to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Centennial Valley Parcel L-2 should be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That the applicant provides the necessary documentation to resolve the issue of the gas <br />easement and non-disturbance agreement area on Lot F prior to recording of the <br />Subdivision Plat; <br /> <br />That a sidewalk is constructed along the full length of Century Place, including the shade <br />trees between the sidewalk and the curb prior to the issuance of any Certificates of <br />Occupancy on Lots B, D, and F; <br /> <br />That any portion of the site disrupted by grading and site improvements is revegetated with <br />native seed after completion of the Phase One grading work and that the detention pond <br />in Outlot F is final graded and fully landscaped per the approved plans prior to the <br />issuance of any certificates of occupancy in phase II; <br /> <br />That all major crossings of drive aisles that connect portions of sidewalks and all primary <br />pedestrian plaza areas be scored concrete; all minor pedestrian crossings shall be <br />designated by the application of thermoplastic; <br /> <br />The applicant shall install a pedestrian connection along Dyer Road to the City open space <br />to the west of Parcel L-2 at such time that a trail is constructed in the open space to <br />connect with. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That deciduous shade trees are a minimum of 2.5" inches in caliper and that deciduous <br />ornamental trees are a minimum of 2" inches in caliper; <br /> <br /> <br />
