7. <br /> <br />That rock mulch be used only in planting beds immediately adjacent to buildings as <br />necessitated for proper drainage away from foundations, in parking lot landscaped islands, <br />and less visual landscaped areas. Neither gravel nor washed river rock shall be <br />acceptable types of rock mulch.
