and to Councilman Lathrop. The District Attorney assured Davidson that he would <br />conduct the investigation in this manner. Davidson stated that the District Attorney <br />requested that members of Council, with the exception of Councilman Lathrop, not <br />discuss this with the press until a report on the investigation has been issued. <br /> <br />Sisk requested that Bill Simmons, City Administrator, provide Council with a list of the <br />priorities that were set forth at the goal setting session. <br /> <br />Simmons agreed. He explained that it is in draft form and staff is working to organize the <br />items into policies, capital improvements, etc. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:30 p.m.), seconded by Mayer.
