<br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A LIBRARY TASK FORCE TO PROVIDE <br />ADVISORY RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE NEW CITY OF LOUISVILLE LIBRARY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Charter Section 10-2(f), the City Council desires to establish a <br />Library Task Force to provide advisory recommendations with respect to the construction of the <br />new City of Louisville Library. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. There is hereby created a Library Task Force to provide advisory recommendations <br />with respect to the construction of the new City of Louisville Library. The Task Force shall consist <br />of members representing the Library Board (Board or Foundation), the Downtown Business <br />Association, the Chamber of Commerce, City Council and City Staff. The Task Force shall provide <br />advisory oversight and recommendations with respect to the process for construction of the new <br />City of Louisville Library and related issues. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />7 (1">?1 D~ <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />0~. <br />
