<br />'"c''' C.'~ i' ') 0 1\ <br />~,~ o~.. ~\<:, A ~~ , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br /> Series 1982 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Final Planned Unit Development <br />and Final Plat of Wade Payne Subdivision. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a Planned Unit Development and Plat of the property generally <br />located at 1140 Main Street and 940 Caledonia Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado, owned by Wade Payne, 249 South 68th Street, Boulder, <br />Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Planned Unit <br />Development and Plat have been reviewed by the City Staff and <br />Planning Co~mission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinances, subdivision regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing con- <br />cerning said Final Planned Unit Development and Final Plat, the <br />Planning Commission determined that said Plat and Plan are accept- <br />able. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final <br />Planned Unit Development and Final Plat of the Wade Payne <br />Subdivision. <br /> Passed and adopted this 16th day of March , <br />1982. <br />" '. <br />, ) \ <br />..". l U,S', //2~l~~V14/ ?It~ G~'- <br />~ ~"{ .......
