<br />RESOLUTION NO.3 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING MEMBERSIDP OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />IDSTORICAL COMMISSION & THE LOUISVILLE LIBRARY BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Historical Commission was created in 1979 to protect the <br />historical assets of Louisville and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for the past twenty-five years Commission members have diligently worked <br />to maintain the Louisville Historical Museum and its artifacts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been an overwhelming number of residents wishing to participate on <br />the Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is the best interest of the City to appoint <br />additional members to the Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br />The Louisville Historical Commission will hereby consist of at least nine but no more than <br />fifteen members. <br /> <br />Section? <br />The Louisville Library Board of Trustees will hereby consist of seven members. <br /> <br />
