<br />RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />Series 1982 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the Final Plat of the Metz <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a Plat of the property generally located at 310 West Spruce <br />Street, Louisville, Colorado, owned by Robert F. J'1etz and Teresa M. <br />Metz, 310 West Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plat have been <br />reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found to be <br />in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing con- <br />cerning said Final Plat, the Planning COID~ission determined that <br />said Plat is acceptable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />'l"RE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final Plat <br />of the Metz Subdivision. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 20th day of April, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />d1::.LU ~,,;. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTES'I': <br /> <br /> <br />C-;~! i /) ~~ <br />..., " '1" <br />,,' C:~C' 7>>, /'/' (~" ,t, <br />City Clerk .. <br />
