Approval to Change the March 8, 2011 Study Session to a Special <br /> Meeting <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> No public comments. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Councilor Clabots reminded Council and the public of the "Heat Relief Dinner" on <br /> Thursday, February 17, at the Louisville Recreation Center. The Blue Parrot will cater <br /> the event and all proceeds will go to assist senior citizens pay their heating bills. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Marsella reported Mayor Sisk is in Washington, D.C., requesting <br /> funding for transportation projects. She also reported on the success of the "Savor the <br /> Favor Event where seven local restaurants donated 10% of all their proceeds to the <br /> "Heat Relief Program." She thanked all the participating restaurants, Michael Menaker <br /> and Chris Pritchard for organizing the event. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming reported the "Savor the Favor" participating restaurants were the <br /> Empire Grill, Lucky Pie, The Huckleberry, Tibet's, Old Santa Fe Grill, Zucca's <br /> Restaurant and the Cactus Wheel. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1589, SERIES 2011 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON THE <br /> ACCEPTANCE, PROCESSING, OR ISSUANCE OF APPLICATIONS OR REQUESTS <br /> FOR BUSINESS REGISTRATION, SALES TAX LICENSES, BUILDING PERMITS, <br /> AND CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA <br /> DISPENSARIES WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE 2nd Reading Public Hearing <br />
