The following individuals were present - <br />BRaD Members Present: Ron Sackett, Chair (Councilor) <br />Rob Lathrop, Vice Chair, LRC <br />Hank Dalton (Councilor) <br /> Chris Pritchard,Planning Commission <br />Shelley Angell, Chamber <br />Michael Menaker, Alternate for LRC <br />John Benedetti, Alternate for Chamber <br />BRaD Members Absent: Bob Muckle (Councilor) <br />Jill Midgley, DBA <br />Scott Reichenberg, CTC <br />Staff Present: Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Troy Russ, Planning Director <br />Polly Boyd, Executive Assistant <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – <br />Approved <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES – <br />The December 6, 2010 Minutes were approved as written. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON AGENDA <br />Rick Brew and Justin McClure, of RMCS, announced they had purchased a 5 acre parcel, formerly <br />a concrete plant, east of the railroad tracks off of South Street, referred to as DELO (Downtown <br />East Louisville) property. The old concrete on the site is being recycled and used at the Steele <br />Ranch Development off of Highway 42 and Paschal Drive. A possible future plan for this 5 acre <br />parcel would be forthcoming should there be an underpass from downtown to the east side of the <br />railroad tracks.
