A developer has been hired and has 30 days to pick a site
where they can start small and grow.NASA is donating equipment and personnel.
Fiber mapping
done by Andrew Freeman of CTC. Qwest is unable to provide a map.
Suggestion was made to invite Qwest to a future BRAD meeting.
CTC Corporate Challenge –
Changed hands to Without Limits and the challenge will run
on a profit basis with fees.
Fresca Foods –
Pulled building permit last week for 50,000 warehouse at 1775 Cherry.
Sam’s –
Walmart continuing to work with a serious purchaser – trying to come to terms on
price and working on site requirements.
REPORTS FROM COMMITTEE MEMBERS
th
Michael Menaker announced the event, “Savor the Favor” scheduled for Friday, February 11.
th
Seven restaurants in Louisville are participating and 10% of gross for the 11 will benefit Heat
Relief.
