<br /> if? <br /> rL-c.~~L~ ~,d /" <br /> n <br /> ,~J~.J /5'.?..:s <br />STATE OF COLORADO ) <br /> ) <br />COUNTY OF HOULDER ) SSe <br /> ) <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE ) <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville, Boulder County, <br />Colorado, met in regular session on August 11, 1982, at <br />1-:30 ~.m., at the City Hall, 749 Main Street, in the City, in full <br />conformity with the law and the ordinances and rules of the City. <br />Upon roll call, the following were found to be present, constituting <br />a quorum: <br /> Present: <br /> Mayor: Norman Meier <br /> Councilmembers: Herman Fauson <br /> Don Cummings <br /> Michael Cussen <br /> Dennis Ferrera <br /> John Leary <br /> Susan Morris <br /> Absent: Michael Cussen <br /> Dennis Ferrera <br />constituting all the members of the Council. <br /> There were also present: <br /> City Clerk: Cleo Mudrock <br /> City Treasurer: William Hesson <br /> City Attorney. Curt Rautenstraus <br /> City Manager: Leon Wurl <br /> Thereupon, the following proceedings, among others, were <br />nad and taken. <br /> Councilmember Leary introduced a resolution, which <br />resolution was thereupon read in full and which resolution is as <br />follows: <br />
