<br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE,
<br /> COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY
<br /> 1983, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983, ESTIMATING
<br /> THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON
<br /> THE SAID BUDGET SO ADOPTED: ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE
<br /> DERIVED FROM OTHER REVENUE SOURCES: AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL
<br /> ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND.
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator designated to prepare the annual
<br />budget for the Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year beginning January
<br />1 , 1983, and ending December 31, 1983, has prepared said budget and
<br />submitted it to the City Council; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on said budget
<br />on October 5, 1982; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the assessed valuation of taxable property for the year 1982
<br />in the City of Louisville, as returned by the County Assessor of Boulder
<br />County, Colorado, in the sum of $34,350,350.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Louisville, Colorado:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the estimated revenue for the various funds of the
<br />City of Louisville is:
