CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />AUGUST 17, 1999 <br /> <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a regular session in the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Davidson, Rob Lathrop, Tom Mayer, Jay <br />Keany, Kevin Howard (7:10 p.m.) and Arnold Levihn <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director <br />Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Manjeet Ranu, Planner H <br />Nancy Varra, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> <br />Excused: <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tern Chuck Sisk <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson explained that the Agenda has been revised to include a proclamation in <br />recognition of services to Glen Huey. Davidson recommended that Agenda Item G - <br />Ordinance No. 1308, Series 1999 - An Ordinance Adopting by Reference a New <br />Municipal Code for the City of Louisville, Colorado and the Design Handbook for <br />Downtown Louisville; Providing for the Repeal of Certain Ordinances Not Included in <br />the Code; Providing for a Penalty for the Violation of the Code; Providing for the Manner <br />of Amending the Code; and Providing When this Ordinance Shall Become Effective be <br />removed from the Agenda as it contains some discrepancies. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, recommended the removal of the minutes to the May 18, 1999 <br />City Council meeting from the Consent Agenda for corrections. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda as amended, seconded by Mayer. <br /> <br />All in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />
