Joni Riggins stated that the family enjoys operating the restaurant and listed a few of the <br />more famous individuals, such as Mario Andretti, that the restaurant has served over the <br />years. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION IN RECOGNITION OF SERVICE TO GLEN HUEY <br /> <br />Davidson presented a proclamation in recognition of service to Glen Huey for ten years <br />of dedicated service to the Louisville Resource Conservation Advisory Board. <br /> <br />Howard arrived (7:10 p.m.). <br /> <br />Glen Huey thanked Council for this honor and extended thanks to his family, and his <br />employees for their assistance to promote recycling. He commended Steve Baysinger, <br />Parks & Recreation Director, for his assistance in keeping the Louisville Resource <br />Conservation Advisory Board focused. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1307, SERIES 1999 - AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING <br />CERTAIN GEOLOGIC HAZARD AREAS WITHIN THE BUSINESS CENTER <br />AT CTC - public hearing - continued from 8/3/99 (STAFF RECOMMENDS <br />CONTINUANCE TO SEPTEMBER 7, 1999) <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only Ordinance No. 1307, Series 1999 - An <br />Ordinance Designating Certain Geologic Hazard Areas within the Business Center at <br />CTC and Adopting Guidelines and Regulations for the Administration Thereof, Pursuant <br />to Article 65.1 of Title 24, Colorado Revised Statutes. Light explained that the public <br />hearing for Ordinance No~ 1307, Series 1999 was opened on first reading. The <br />Ordinance, however, was not published by the newspaper in time for action at tonight's <br />meeting. He explained that the Ordinance would, therefore, need to be continued to the <br />next Council meeting but anyone wishing to speak on the issue may do so at this meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance <br />No. 1307, Series 1999. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council continue the public hearing for Ordinance No. 1307, Series <br />1999 - An Ordinance Designating Certain Geologic Hazard Areas within the Business <br />Center at CTC and Adopting Guidelines and Regulations for the Administration Thereof, <br />Pursuant to Article 65.1 of Title 24, Colorado Revised Statutes to the September 7, 1999 <br />regular City Council meeting, seconded by Keany. <br /> <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
