Series 2006 - A Resolution Referring to a vote ofthe registered electors ofthe City of Louisville at the November 7,2006, Special Municipal Election a TABOR Ballot Issue to authorize the imposition of the City's Use Tax, currently collected upon vehicles and nonresidential construction and building materials, upon the use, storage, distribution or consumption of any services or any article of tangible personal property, other than residential construction and building materials, that are purchased, leased or rented from sources inside or outside the City, for which the City sales tax has not been paid. Series 2006 - A Resolution Referring to a vote ofthe registered electors ofthe City of Louisville at the November 7, 2006, Special Municipal Election a TABOR Ballot Issue to authorize the imposition ofthe City's Use Tax, currently collected upon vehicles and nonresidential construction and building materials, upon the use, storage, distribution or consumption of construction and building materials purchased at retail for use in connection with new residential constructions or new residential building projects. Series 2006 - A Resolution Authorizing the Delegation to the City and County of Denver, Colorado of the authority of the City of Louisville, Colorado, with respect to the issuance of single family home mortgage revenue bonds (the "Bonds") to finance residential housing facilities for low- and middle-income persons and families within the city and certain other cities and counties in the State of Colorado; approving such bonds and such single family mortgage loan program; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a delegation and participation agreement and other documents in connection therewith.
