<br />Resolution No. 24. Series 2006 - A Resolution Disapproving a final planned unit development <br />(PUD) plan for Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, Colorado Technological Center (CTC), first filing and <br />minor subdivision replat for Lots 5,6 and 10, Block 3, CTC first filing (CTC Storage). Passed and <br />Adopted this 16th day of May 2006. <br />Resolution No. 25. Series 2006 - A Resolution Approving a final planned unit development (PUD) <br />plan for 950 Spruce Street. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of June 2006. <br />Resolution No. 26. Series 2006 - Approval ofa final subdivision replat for Lots 4 and 5 ofthe <br />Alvenus Subdivision, and a final PUD development plan for 107,875 SF of development in a three- <br />story, senior, independent living facility and 17,398 SF of development for a two story independent <br />living facility. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of June 2006. <br />Resolution No. 27. Series 2006 - A Resolution Approving an amendment to the Highway 42 <br />Revitalization Area Comprehensive Plan. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of June 2006. <br />Resolution No. 28. Series 2006 - A Resolution Adopting updated Public Records request <br />procedures and fees for the City of Louisville, and designating the official custodians of City <br />Records. Passed and Adopted this 18th day of July 2006. <br />Resolution No. 29. Series 2006 - A Resolution Referring to a vote ofthe registered electors ofthe <br />City of Louisville at the November 7,2006, Special Municipal Election a TABOR Ballot Issue to <br />authorize the imposition of the City's Use Tax, currently collected upon vehicles and nonresidential <br />construction and building materials, upon the use, storage, distribution or consumption of any <br />services or any article of tangible personal property, other than residential construction and building <br />materials, that are purchased, leased or rented from sources inside or outside the City, for which the <br />City sales tax has not been paid. Tabled this 18th day of July 2006. <br />Resolution No. 30. Series 2006 - A Resolution Referring to a vote ofthe registered electors ofthe <br />City of Louisville at the November 7, 2006, Special Municipal Election a TABOR Ballot Issue to <br />authorize the imposition ofthe City's Use Tax, currently collected upon vehicles and nonresidential <br />construction and building materials, upon the use, storage, distribution or consumption of <br />construction and building materials purchased at retail for use in connection with new residential <br />constructions or new residential building projects. Tabled this 18th day of July 2006. <br />Resolution No. 31. Series 2006 - A Resolution Authorizing the Delegation to the City and County <br />of Denver, Colorado of the authority of the City of Louisville, Colorado, with respect to the <br />issuance of single family home mortgage revenue bonds (the "Bonds") to finance residential <br />housing facilities for low- and middle-income persons and families within the city and certain other <br />cities and counties in the State of Colorado; approving such bonds and such single family mortgage <br />loan program; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a delegation and participation <br />agreement and other documents in connection therewith. Passed and Adopted this 1 st day of August <br />2006. <br />
