The foregoing <br /> restriction shall be a covenant running with the Eastern and Western Portions of the South Front <br /> Street Right-of-Way. The "Center Portion — South Front Street Right-of-Way", as legally <br /> described and depicted on Exhibit A, Item A-1 is not vacated and ownership thereof shall be and <br /> remain vested in the City. <br /> Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute such additional documents as may be <br /> necessary to evidence the vacation of those certain portions of the South Front Street Right-of-Way <br /> herein vacated, including, without limitation, quit claim deeds for the Eastern and Western portions <br /> of the South Front Street Right-of-Way herein vacated, provided there has first been executed and <br /> delivered to the City quit claim deeds conveying to the City any interest of adjoining owners in the <br /> Center Portion—South Front Street Right-of-Way. <br /> Section 4. The proposed Grant of Easements and Agreement among the City of <br /> Louisville and the above-referenced owners of 221 and 224 Front Street is hereby approved in <br /> essentially the same form as the copy of such Agreement accompanying this ordinance. The Mayor <br /> is authonzed to execute such Agreement on behalf of the City, except that the Mayor is hereby <br /> further granted authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor <br /> determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms <br /> and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br /> PUBLISHED this day of ,2006. <br /> Charles L.
