<br /> RESOLUTION NO.7 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING THE COMPENSATION OF THE <br /> DEPUTY MUNICIPAL JUDGE <br />WHEREAS, Section 9-3( c) of the home rule charter provides that the City Council shall <br />establish the compensation for the presiding municipal judge and each deputy municipal judge. <br />WHEREAS, the salary of the presiding municipal judge has been set by ordinance, and the <br />City Council by this resolution desires to set the compensation of the deputy municipal judge. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. Effective January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006, the deputy municipal judge <br />shall receive as full compensation for such judge's services the amount of $275.00 for each <br />municipal court session over which the deputy municipal judge presides. <br />2. Effective January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, the deputy municipal judge <br />shall receive as full compensation for such judge's services the amount of $300.00 for each <br />municipal court session over which the deputy municipal judge presides. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of February, 20 <br /> Cliarles L.
